Yet too many families are priced out, pushed out, or left out. Our campaign is committed to bold action that ensures housing is a human right, not a luxury.
We’re fighting for policies that deliver lasting change, built around four key pillars:
We will Invest in affordable housing construction and preservation starting at the Federal level. Support nonprofit and community land trust models. Expand incentivize inclusive zoning and mixed-income neighborhoods
We will Increase funding for emergency and transitional housing. Strengthen eviction prevention programs and consumer protections. Expand access to mental health and social services for vulnerable populations
We will Fight for stronger tenant protections and rent stabilization. Hold corporate landlords accountable. Reinvigorate pathways to homeownership for working families and first-time buyers
We will Reinvest in underserved neighborhoods. Modernize public housing infrastructure. Ensure land development benefits residents, not just real estate investors
